The BOG Orchard is made up of 40 Slow Food Ark of Taste dwarf fruit trees, all varieties that cannot be found at typical grocery stores --because they may not ship well or may not be conventionally attractive. However, all of these trees have been developed in California and carry with them a unique history and flavor. In this way, the BOG acts as a living museum, preserving these varieties for our study and enjoyment.
